Change Manager - Contract

A leader in the Lloyd's Insurance Market is looking for a contract Change Manager to join their team in London on a 6 month contract.
Your new role
This role sits within the company's TOM programme and will focus on the vendor relationship and managing the vendors through the change. You will be managing a number of relationships and will focus on change communication, vendor analysis, change strategy providing advice and support materials and establishing and delivering clear change plans across the business and vendor partners.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will have a strong change management and business transformation background. You will be able to guide firms on impact analysis at a high level and offer advice and resolutions to key challenges. you will have worked establishing change communications and will have run successful workshops. You will proven track record of managing multiple senior stakeholders. For this role you must have insurance experience - this will be preferably London Market or Lloyd's speciality insurance experience.
What you'll get in return

You will be based in an iconic office and will be offered a solid day rate of £550 - £625 a day dependant on experience.
