Our client is urgently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for an office in Aberdeen
A leading firm
- Reporting to the accounts payable team leader and be responsible for processing purchase orders
- Invoices, delivery notes and payment runs.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice queries, credit notes and payments.
- You must demonstrable experience of working in finance particularly in purchase ledger.
- Confident handling external queries by telephone and email The ability to use multiple data systems to input and generate data
