It's an exciting time for us at RSA with our people at the heart of our strategic agenda. We're striving to further enhance our employee proposition and to do this we are looking for two People Insight Analysts to join us on our journey.

Reporting to the Head of Change and working from our London site, you will be a key member of the People and Change team, driving success of the business through people data insight and reporting. You will coordinate a reporting operating rhythm and be accountable for providing expert insight advice to the People and Change team for guiding and supporting evidence based people related business decisions.
Initially the role will be involved in defining the set-up and planning of key reporting processes and once implemented lead on analytics of trends and combine internal and external insights to feed decision making at a business function and locations basis in collaboration with the Heads of People and HR People Managers.
This is a fast paced matrix environment where in this role further to data & analytical skills, communication and relationship management skills are key.

The roles;

Candidates can offer their preference in either of the following areas although there is an expectation that the role holders will work closely together and be required to grasp the accountabilities of both roles:
1) People Data
* FTE and establishment management
* Recruitment and vacancy management
* Project specific data input to cost/benefit
* Overall people dashboard management (i.e. core data)
2) Processes
* HR workload and projects calendar
* Talent and succession management
* Learning data management and insights
* Overall people dashboard management (i.e. core data)

Responsibilities to include;

Developing 'fit for purpose' insight tools and techniques that can increase / maximise strategy development and robust commercial decision making
Production of high quality, relevant and timely people data
Review aggregate people metrics / dashboard data to develop employee insight findings and recommendations
Identify opportunities to combine data sources to create insight, thought leadership or support business objectives
Undertaking external networking, research, benchmarking and thought leadership to shape best practice approaches for insight and encourage positive recognition externally
Involvement in relevant projects that impact insight and data collection
Collaboration with the internal communications team to combine relevant insight outputs to reinforce or challenge HR strategy and plans
Acts as the member of the people and change team and collaborates with areas of expertise specialists

Research and measurement skills
Effective communications skills
Appropriate and balanced judgement
Employee engagement mechanics and best practicesStatistical modelling skills
Experience of OrgVue would be highly desirable
