This successful Credit Control Clerk will be responsible for:
*Chase overdue invoices via telephone, e-mail and letters
*Identify queries on the accounts and liaise with internal departments and the customer to resolve efficiently
*Set, monitor and maintain the credit limit for customer accounts
*Reconcile customer's accounts on a monthly basis
*Sales ledger for shipping and transport costs.
The successful Credit Control Clerk will require the following skills:
*Experience working in a Credit Control position
*Excellent systems skills
*Excellent customer service and key account handling ability
*Able to confidently discuss overdue payments
*Comfortable working towards set KPIs.
This role will offer:
*22,000 starting salary
*25 days holiday + bank holidays
