About the role
Reporting to the Senior Administration Team Leader, you will provide a customer focused and effective administration service to colleagues across the UK. This rewarding and interesting role, is not any old standard administrative post! You'll work in a fast paced Maintenance and Compliance Support Team. Rather than the usual aspects of administration, managing meetings including producing agendas, booking travel/venues/accommodation, minute taking, you'll work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our Maintenance and Compliance systems are updated and our customers feel safe and secure at all times.
You will have specific responsibility for providing technical administrative support relating to our responsive repairs, statutory compliance and void property work. These tasks will include investigating technical data and producing accurate fit for purpose reports. You will also upload compliance certificates and liaise with customers and contractors to support achievement of our statutory compliance. You will also manage the centralised email inbox ensuring all emails are dealt with professionally, which will include responding to complaints.
Your working hours will generally be from 0900 - 1700, occasionally though you will be expected to work or travel outside of those hours.
Who we’re looking for
With previous administration experience, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to organise and prioritise work, meet deadlines, work under pressure and handle a number of tasks simultaneously. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work accurately.
You will be responsible for formatting documents, reports and presentations and it is essential that you have strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
