Your new role
As B2C Communications Manager you will manage all pro-active and reactive media relations and PR, including crisis communications. You will develop both long and short term communications plans and develop engaging content for both internal and external channels. Key accountabilities will include: developing engaging stories and case studies, crisis communications, brand relationship development, networking, campaigns, and measuring success of marketing and communications campaigns.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Communications Manager will be qualified with CIPR or CIM qualification and have experience of working in a Communications role for a similar business or within the public sector. You will also have exceptional writing skills, strong content development skills with the ability to produce content in a wide variety of formats. Working to deadlines and effective communications at all levels is a must in this role. This is an integral role to the team and you must have a passion for teamwork and strong diplomacy. This would be a great opportunity for a communications executive wanting to take a step up into a management role.
