Franchise Head, RX and Oncology CEEMEA Munich Area, Germany We are currently looking for a commercially focussed and analytical individual who is keen to analyse the sales and marketing strategies within a leading portfolio of products. This role will see proposing solutions to make strategy more effective and commercially viable in order to improve market share within the CEEMEA region. Salary & Benefits *Competitive salary based on experience *Performance based annual bonus *Relocation support *Industry standard benefits package including a company car *Flat organisational structure which allows for quick progression Key Duties *Ensure that strong commercial plans are in place for all countries within region *Coordinate the development of brand messages across different countries *Support product launches by challenging existing ideas and practices *Develop portfolio strategy for the future *Monitoring and evaluating the performance of brand plans and suggesting ways to improve their execution *Lead marketing initiatives and events at regional level Essential skills and experience *Strong English language skills (written and spoken) *German language skills are desired but not essential *Degree in marketing or science *Strong background in marketing gained within the pharmaceutical industry *An in-depth understanding of the oncology market is essential for this role and you will not be considered for this role unless you have at least 3 years experience in the field This is a strategic position that will see you act as a consultant within your therapeutic area and region. Commercial heads will rely on you to improve their strategies so you will need to have a strong background in marketing and a solid understanding of oncology.
