As part of our commitment to transforming our digital marketing approach, we have invested in a number of modules that form the Adobe Marketing Cloud. Adobe Campaign Manager (ACM) is used to create and target personalised communications via multiple channels including email, direct mail and targeted social.

We are now looking for CRM / Campaign Consultants to be the primary users of Adobe Campaign Manager within our Agile Marketing teams. As a vital element of the team the role works from the identification of a customer opportunity to define a data targeting strategy to campaign deployment. The role is likely to focus on less complex campaign delivery and will be supported by a CRM Exec within the immediate team or a Data Planner.

What you will be doing:

The Campaign Consultant (CRM) role will:

Work with members of the marketing team to identify, innovative and deliver effective multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver business /customer objectives and leverage the full multi-channel Adobe capability.Contribute expertise to the wider team on the exploitation of Adobe Campaign.Devise, build and implement clear and measurable programmes of campaigns ensuring continual test and learn to achieve performance improvementThe campaign lifecycle will start with initiating (or supporting) campaign ideas, defining the data targeting requirements and include the design, build and delivery of complex multi-channel campaigns through the Adobe toolset.Devise, build and implement clear and measurable programmes of campaigns ensuring continual test and learn to achieve performance improvement.About You

Strong knowledge of end-to-end marketing mix, with experience across digital and data-driven mediaExperience of using of Adobe Campaign (or equivalent CRM tool) - expected 1 year minimumA track record in defining targeting strategies (from a data / customer perspective) and identifying where advanced analytics can assist (undertaken by analytics role)Experience of using other tools such as SQL to analyse large volumes of customer data to identify and size marketing opportunities.Experience of working with related disciplines such as IT, product areas, pricing and demonstrating integration with other marketing and content channels.What we can give you:
