Online Project Manager (Digital and Advertising) - Maternity Cover 12 Months - WimbledonThe purpose of this position is to lead the paid and owned content strategy within the Digital/E-Commerce department. Working closely with the senior members of the E-Commerce team, along with those from the Advertising and Communications departments, the Consultant’s role is to plan and lead the execution of content creation across Lidl’s online landscape.

The Consultant is required to lead the short and medium term strategy and development of the Lidl.co.uk website, app, enewsletter and further microsites, in order to ensure that all owned channels are focused on delivering a customer-centric message in accordance with both brand and campaign guidelines.

The Consultant is also required to lead and manage advertising for all digital channels (excluding social channels) across all campaign tiers; working closely with all agencies and internal teams to ensure that all advertising creative is aligned not just with wider campaign activities, but also industry insights with the goal of producing market-leading creative.

The Consultant is further responsible for the strategic management and development of the My Lidl customer community, working with teams from both the lead Creative and Media agencies in order to continue to evolve the customer experience within the platform and provide valuable insight to the wider business.

What will you do?Management

Working with the Advertising Senior Management Team, the Consultant is responsible for outlining the online requirements for any given project, and agreeing viable timescales for the production and approval of said projects.Working with the Online Assistant Team Manager to define projects and key tasks for the day-to-day management of the Online Team, ensuring that all content is produced and updated twice a week as per the business’ requirements.Managing the development of all members of the Online Team; ensuring appropriate training is undertaken by all members and in turn identifying areas for progression for each individual.Ensuring the My Lidl team at TBWA continues to meet the requirements outlined by the Lidl Advertising & E-Commerce teams.Online channel management

Coordinating with the Online Assistant Team Manager and members of the Advertising Department to ensure all marketing campaigns are represented online; further working with both the lead Creative and Media agencies to ensure that information conveyed online is consistent/complimentary with messaging presented on across all owned and earned media channels.Managing the relationships between key departments such as Legal, PR and HR in to ensure that all Lidl-owned online properties are compliant and adhere to all guidelines set by both internal and external bodies.Managing the relationship with different departments/business functions in order to ensure that databases to feed the website and other internal services are updated.Lead the development of the Lidl GmbH enewsletter and identify opportunities for expansion of this channel to assist campaigns with an individual requirement.Working with Lidl e-commerce (International) to manage technical complaints and ensure that all relevant technical developments are implemented.Campaign Management

Working with the Brand & Strategy and Campaign Management teams, manage the digital aspect of all campaigns across all campaign tiers, liaising with all agencies on the matter from brief to execution stage.Working alongside the Media Team to manage all paid for digital activity for all campaigns, and subsequently working with lead agencies to coordinate creative executions.My Lidl
