We are hiring a Market Access Director for the EMEA region to join their International Market Access team, reporting directly to the VP International and indirectly to the SVP Global Market Access, with exposure to the CEO. The role is responsible for the design and execution of Market Access strategy across the EMEA region for current and future products and technologies. ***************************** A market-leading, innovative and progressive Global Medical Device & Technology firm with close to 50 years of history and currently enjoying exponential growth have partnered with me again. The main responsibilities are as follows: - Identify market access opportunities and support with business proposals - Create optimal pricing strategy with new Global Pricing function - Skilful adaptation of Global Value Dossiers for markets in region - Leadership of reimbursement dossiers and value/payer messaging - Stakeholder mapping with influencing/lobbying strategy - Demonstrating product value through economic and clinical evidence through Health Technology Assessments - Design evidence studies, through in-house or external partners, where appropriate, including economic modelling - Ensure study results and value messaging is communicated through industry conferences, relevant public events and published manuscripts - Build relationships with all key stakeholders and customers, including Physicians, Patient groups, Economists, HTA bodies, and governments - Active participation in Global Market Access, EMEA Leadership and Country 'round tables' and meetings - Deliver training to customer-facing functions, including Sales, Marketing and Medical - Contribute to the company's desire to continue raising awareness of the Market Access function across the organisation - Contribute to overall Corporate Strategy - Leadership of a direct team and matrix structure across EMEA Leading Candidates will have the following competencies and experience: - Successful experience in all areas of Market Access - reimbursement, pricing, communication, value proposition and messaging, HTA dossiers, health economics - Innovative and strategic mindset with proven record of operational delivery - A strong bias for action and results focus with strong commercial awareness - Experience leading cross-functional teams - Capability to influence, collaborate and execute within international matrix structures - Project Management experience - Ability to translate healthcare trends and changes into market access strategies - Record of successful integration of wider business and corporate strategy into practical reimbursement initiatives - High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence The company has its Global Headquarters in London where the role will based.
