A brand new role to own and manage IT Service Assurance in a growing, evolving IT Operations team.
Already winning awards, the team have a much more to do to achieve the aspirations for 1st class Customer Service.

Continuous improvement – manage the portfolio of small to medium change projects
Governance, risk management and service assurance across the ITIL based service teams
Manage a small team
Oversee supplier relationships
This is a senior role demanding a high level of autonomy, initiative and self-management.
To thrive you will need to have experience and skills inc:
IT Service Management experience (ideally gained in a large multi-site commercial organisation)
ITIL qualificationPrince2 / project management experience
Lean, 6 sigma, continuous improvement type experience
3rd party supplier management / SLAs and negotiations
An IT background ideally - some hands-on experience will help in building credibility and involvement in problem solving, solution providing
