My client based in Bristol are looking for a Support Analyst for a 3 month contract

You will be working on the service desk of which you will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to users on the transition to Outlook and other Office 365 tools

You must have

*Experience of administering Exchange via the user interface/Powershell
*Significant Outlook Desktop Client knowledge/experience
*Outlook Online and app knowledge/experience
*Experience/knowledge of other tools within the Office 365, with an aptitude to learn them quickly
*Resolving incidents (1st and 2nd line), and escalation
*Experience of working on a Service/Help desk and use of incident management software
*Experience of problem and incident management, including identifying trends
*Strong software support experience
*Strong troubleshooting skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience of writing technical and end user documentation
*Willingness to knowledge share and train colleagues
