Conveyancing Secretary/Personal Assistant
Have you got previous experience of working in conveyancing? Do you want to work for a boutique law firm? Are you organised, used to working in fast paced environments and able to multi task?
If so this could be the role for you.
A well established client of ours are looking for a skilled Conveyancing Secretary/PA to work directly with the Head of Residential Conveyancing. The main duties will involve:
Liaising with clients - helping with general queries and taking instruction.
Doing Land registry duties - including searches.
Taking files from inception to completion.
Drafting documents, typing and completing contracts.
Carrying out duties around completions, exchanges and SDLT work.
The ideal candidate will have worked as either a Conveyancing Secretary previously. However, applications are welcome from candidates who have worked in Conveyancing in some capacity. Please note that; working in Conveyancing is a fundamental aspect of this role.
