Marketing Insight Analyst

This is an interesting opportunity for a Marketing Insight Analyst to work with one a global leading fintech. Working closely with senior stakeholders this role offers real opportunity to have key input into business planning.

As an Insight Analyst, you will have the opportunity to build, deploy and leverage advanced marketing attribution models. You will be able to analyse this to inform the strategic optimisation of customer acquisition activities across multiple channels across the organisation.


·Developing a range of attribution models and analysis to understand the effectiveness of all touch points along the conversion funnel

·Developing reports and presentations, while communicating insights to product marketing teams and senior stakeholders in a non-technical, visually compelling manner

·Building a strong understanding of the business context including products, customer segments, behaviours and triggers to ensure robust model design and interpretation

·Building strong partnerships with teams that use the model outputs, whilst advising product marketing teams to build effective contact strategies that maximise customer experience and conversions

·Keeping up to date with trends in marketing optimisation, specifically focusing on attribution modelling and third party data sources

·Supporting the test and control agenda and staying fully compliant with legal, regulatory and operational requirements in all model building and decision making


·An advanced degree in statistics or econometrics, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating expertise in statistical analysis techniques

·Extensive practical experience in developing and maintaining statistical models, preferably within financial services products and segments, digital or telecommunications

·Experience in using innovative customer analysis to identify commercial opportunities

·Practical knowledge of data warehouse and management information environments and practises and some experience of programming in SQL and SAS/R/python and adobe site cat is preferred

·Proven experience in creating and delivering compelling presentations to senior stakeholders, and a background in attribution modelling is strongly preferred
