How does working for an established telecommunications company that have been operating for 25 years sound?

If you like working in a close knit team where everyone pulls their weight rather than being 'a cog in the wheel' then it could be worth you reading on.

Due to steady growth over the past two years, winning major contracts along the way from the likes of Goldsmiths and Parcelforce, my client are looking to welcome an experienced Telecoms Engineer (Mitel MCA, Mitel MCP, Panasonic and NEC) to the family.

The Company

Specialising in hosted PBX, VoIP and Unified Communications (UC) for the B2B market, the company has enjoyed steady growth year on year. They mainly supply Mitel, Panasonic and NEC products.
Their tag line is 'we do give a damn' which gives you an insight into their values. They have low staff turnover and this role has come purely from growth, they've got tonnes of work!

They operate out of modern offices in North Wales and invest heavily into their employees training and development.

The Technical Stuff

The Telecoms Engineer should have the following skills and experience:

*Extensive previous experience with Mitel 5000 and or the Mitel 3300
*Accreditations / certifications: Mitel MCA OR Mitel MCP , phone manager and understanding Sip Protocol
*Optional knowledge of MBG or MiCollab an advantage
*If not Mitel 5000 or Mitel 3300 good knowledge of NEC or Panasonic systems would be
beneficial so I'd still encourage you to apply

The Role

The role focuses on 'on premise solutions' for businesses wanting to upgrade their telecom systems. Therefore the role will be predominantly install as well as service. Most of the work will be around the North West but you will be required to travel further afield for some of the bigger contracts, so you could be staying out a couple of night but that's quite rare.

The company are at an exciting stage in there growth, winning major contracts and looking to take it to the next level. Therefore training some of the younger team members would also be a big part to the role.

What's in it For Me, Why Should I Apply?

Luke can answer this one, he started out as a 16year old apprentice five years ago and has now progressed into a Technical Managers role. So there's definitely room for progression for the right people. The package below is also decent.

*Competitive base salary between £28k - £35k
*Employer Contribution pension 5%+
*Over Time available
*Expenses account
*Van (Transit Connect) Inc. personal use + fuel card
*Relocation package including rent, legal and agents fees etc.

Who do you know who can do this role? I am in a position to pay £350 for a successful referral. Send me there details and we can take it from there.
