Helpdesk Analyst/ Application Support Analyst £20,000 - £30,000 Dorking, Surrey Market leading software house with a prestigious client base is seeking a permanent Helpdesk Analyst to support users of their software worldwide. You will be providing a first-class service by remotely assisting clients with a diverse variety of requirements in a dynamic business environment. You will need to communicate effectively with other members of the Support team, the Sales and Development teams and contacts from partner companies. Key tasks will include: Investigating, tracking and resolving client support issues Software testing Dealing with client questions via multiple channels Maintaining the client facing extranet content This role requires: A good BSc degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline Good understanding of the MS Windows operating system and file types Experience of Microsoft products such as Office and SQL Management Studio The ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment Excellent verbal and written communication You will need to be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously Please send me your CV for an immediate turnaround.
