Application Support Analyst (SQL, SolarWinds, SCCM) A rapidly expanding provider of cutting edge network solutions are looking to hire a talented Application Support Analyst (SQL, SolarWinds, SCCM) to join their growing technical operations Centre in Surrey. The Application Support Analyst (SQL, SolarWinds, SCCM) will be part of a team responsible for running the development of core and customer service assurance platforms. Responsibilities for the Application Support Analyst (SQL, SolarWinds, SCCM) include: - Ensure all network transitions to 'in life' are successful in terms of service assurance configuration - Act as a subject matter expert across a number of applications with a heavy emphasis on SQL (Install/Maintenance/Reporting) - Take responsibility for the centralised service management platform including development and integration when required - Provide a high level of 2nd/3rd line support on business critical issues - Engage and liaise with Stakeholders to keep them up to date with project developments Requirements for the Application Support Analyst (SQL, SolarWinds, SCCM) role are as follows: - An excellent working knowledge around SQL - A background in SolarWinds installation, management & reporting - Strong support based background working in a busy & challenging environment - A good working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM (Installation, Management, Reporting) - Strong skills around Endpoint Management (Deployment/Encryption/Security) To apply for the Application Support Analyst (SQL, SolarWinds, SCCM) please press the apply button.
