My client are a globally recognised brand who are seeking to appoint two experienced compliance professionals to join their Oxford based offices. It is the responsibility of the Compliance Officer to ensure that the business operates in an ethical manner and that all company members operate within the Code of Conduct and Ethical Policies. The team work closely with Group Compliance and the Legal Department on anti-bribery, fraud and corruption compliance. In this role you will be required to provide support to the business as well as the manage business partner programme with its ongoing requirements. Specific responsibilities include: * Design appropriate Compliance content for the third party management programme. * Understand the types of business partners and the associate risks to ensure that due diligence are conduct to the appropriate level. * Embed the third party management system within the business and maintain an up to date understanding of the needs of the business in relation to third party management. * Build effective communication channels within the business and with key stakeholders to ensure that employees' ethical understanding aligns with the Compliance Strategy. * Design appropriate compliance content for the Training and Policy frameworks. * Collaboratively engage and support the Compliance team in the delivery of the Policies across the business * Maintain accountability for the documentation of the third party management system including report writing, KPIs, record keeping, and Adequate Procedures requirements. * Ensure that the third party management controls are robust against the Monitoring and Review Programme. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a broad experience in compliance and gain knowledge of managing a third party programme with the responsibility of maintaining effective relationships both internal and externally. The successful applicant will ideally be a graduate with previous compliance experience, especially having knowledge of the UK Bribery Act. Any experience around policy and training will also be considered to be advantageous.
