Description of role and person: We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join this well established and fast growing Estate Agents based in Greenwich. You will manage the overall financial administration of the agency including managing payments into the office and processing payments. Previous experience in a similar role you will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. This role is full time or part time and offers a competitive salary with the opportunity for progression Company - Our client is a forward-thinking, dynamic and expanding Estate Agency who offer comprehensive services in sales, lettings and property management in Docklands, South East and East London. - The company will provide ongoing training, ARLA qualifications which are paid by the company, fast-track career opportunities and a mobile phone. Role - Manage payments into the office - Manage client accounts and produce statements - Process payments through the company system - Reconcile bank and supplier statements - Manage credit control chasing overdue payments - Liaise with tenants, landlords and suppliers Requirements - Previous experience in a similar role within another agency an advantage - Previous experience in an accounts role - Knowledge of invoicing, processing payments and credit control - Excellent IT skills including Excel and Sage or similar - Experience of Eurolink/Veco an advantage - Excellent organisation and administration skills - Excellent customer service skills - Highly articulate with excellent communication skills written and verbal
