Security Architect is required to join one of the UK's leading brands who's business is all about technology! Right now they need a Security Architect who can perform an Architecture and Consultancy role, as well as providing thought leadership, liaising with the architect community and other senior IT and Business stakeholders to guide them in security related architectural and strategic matters. As the Security Architect you will support the development of the overall security architecture (and overseeing alignment to it) as well as identifying supplementary security capabilities that are needed to reach our business goals. As well as being an expert security architect able to work at the high level and deep in the detail, you will need to know how to support business cases, develop benefit profiles and put forward compelling propositions etc. The position will also and contribute to the dissemination of relevant knowledge among the enterprise architecture, IT and Business stakeholders and drive the evolution of the security architecture methodologies and practices. Experience required: - A proactive, energetic, pragmatic, hardworking individual with strong people and customer relationship skills - Solid Cyber Security background, any ecommerce experience would be a benefit - Experience includes Security Architecture Strategy and Design. Experience in working effectively within application security including secure application development (security in SDLC phases) and architecture - Significant influencing, negotiating and problem solving skills - Effective management skills including developing and mentoring staff - Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders My client is offering a salary between £60,000 - £80,000 basic plus a fantastic benefits package and bonus structure.
