Are you an expert in Networking and IP Systems and looking for an exciting, hands on and varied role where you will be recognized as the technical expert for this company's products?

This is an opportunity for an Engineer with customer service / support knowledge to play a pivotal role in this company's continued success and directly deal with large blue chip customers.

This company specialise in Development of a wide range of household Video Distribution devices products. They sell to major AV Companies but also to large blue chip Enterprises who use their lead technology for their Video & Audio solutions.

This company boast a very low turnover of staff, huge global presence and an enviable customer range which you will be working closely with.

This role would suit an Engineer with previous customer facing experience and a good understanding of Networking and IP systems.

The Role:
-Providing hands on technical support to a range of clients
-Constant problem solving - no two days will be the same!
-Being the go to Engineer in the company for Customer Support
-Monday to Friday - 37.5 Hour week

The Candidate:
-Previous experience in a Customer Facing role (ideally in an AV / Networking environment)
-Knowledge of Multicast networking environment
-Understands concepts of IP, DHCP, MAC Address, IGMP Snooping etc
-Engineering or IT Qualified advantageous
