E-Commerce Manager An experience E-Commerce executive is required for highly desirable company working and focusing in the music industry. The company manage e-commerce solutions and provide storefronts which allow artists to sell physical and digital music and merchandise direct to their fans. Working with global headlining bands and artists. Based from offices in Reading, the role requires a good understanding of e-commerce platforms and solid communication skills. You will be working alongside the Head of E-Commerce and support the wider team, The role: - Manage day to day relationships with partners all on store related matters - Management and coordination of store builds on the E-Commerce platform - Coordinate gathering product details and setting up to add to stores (NPF, NAV, Titan and E-Commerce platform) - Coordinate and help implement technical changes to stores (but not doing the tech changes themselves) - Liaising with US and UK design teams to prepare shop images - Ensuring all product information, descriptions and images are correct and up to date - Coordinate deliveries ensuring they are tracked and delivered efficiently into OLM - Analyse campaign data and recommend improvements based on those findings - Working with and support partners to execute product/campaign plans in line with album campaign cycles and events to drive revenue from artist activities - Proactively develop and action off-cycle product/campaigns to maximise sales in the absence of primary artist activity - Work closely with partners (Marketing, web and marketing teams) to drive revenue - Work with the US and UK design teams to develop all assets for stores including banner ads, product shots, ads, cohesive design look for overall online store Key Skills : - A proven track record managing E-Commerce stores - Solid working knowledge and experience of record labels and the music industry - Ability to follow and implement E-commerce best practices - Knowledge of digital marketing (CRM) best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth, SEO/ SEM / Google analytics - Communication / Interpersonal Skills - Ability to use Excel - Knowledge of HTML Preferable Skills: - Shopify (store setup, retail mechanics, product management) - Experience with fulfilment, operations and customer service teams - Experience and interest in product or design Photoshop / graphics packagesIn return you will be offered a salary of £35,000, this role is initially a 4 month fixed term contract however the position will go permanent for the right person.
