1st Line Support / IT Support sought by a rapidly expanding Software Company based in Reading, Berkshire to provide a broad range of support to both internal and external users. As the 1st Line Support you will be the first point of contact for Hardware, Software and Network related issues, prioritising issues and escalating them where needed. You will join a close-knit team within a company committed to providing first class customer service to its clients. The successful 1st Line Engineer will have previous experience in an IT-related role or hold relevant qualifications. Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as a can-do attitude and an ability to pick up new things quickly.
