If you have a strong background in the ABPI code of conduct and you'd be interested in putting this to use in a dedicated medical compliance role it would be great to hear from you. We're working with a highly respected, niche global pharmaceutical company with a great reputation from an employer, portfolio and ethical perspective. Due to an internal promotion they're actively recruiting for a medical compliance manager to support and drive high quality medical compliance initiatives across the company. Typical duties involved * Support the delivery of the Compliance agenda / governance with the organisation * Conducting regular formal compliance reviews with key personnel * Provide advice and coaching to internal customers on the ABPI code of practice * Active involvement in the production, updating and training of SOPs * Act as a signatory / reviewer of promotional / marketing material, and activities. * Support the completion of compliance reports both at affiliate and corporate level What our client is looking for * Strong knowledge in ABPI Code of Practice ideally in a medical affairs capacity although applicants from a commercial background who want to move into a non promotional capacity would also be very welcome * Experience in writing SOPs * Someone who can develop and maintain good working relationships with key internal stakeholders * Experience of carrying out internal audits within agreed guidelines would be a great asset * Experience of Zinc or SAP would be particularly useful Our client offers a great working environment with ongoing career development opportunities.
