Helpdesk Support Analyst - Stoke-on-Trent Excellent opportunity for a helpdesk support analyst specialising in first line to join a successful team and business based in Stoke-on-Trent. This role offers great career progression - most of the senior IT staff have progressed from the first line! You will be liaising with internal users either remotely or face to face providing support for all software & hardware issues. You must be able to demonstrate a real professionalism in your ability to interpret user needs, gather sufficient information and provide solutions to requests. Requirements - Proven commercial experience providing 1st Line Support - Good knowledge of Windows O/S, Active Directory/Group Policy - Windows Server/Exchange - Familiarity with Virtualisation technologies - Microsoft certifications highly desirable - Ability and desire to take ownership of projects until resolution - Excellent problem solving and analysis skills - Excellent customer service skills able to interact confidently with both technical and non technical users A good package is on offer for the right candidate.
