2nd Line Support Engineer - Bristol - £26K Up to £26K depending on experience I am looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a well-established IT Solutions business based in Bristol. They are in need of an enthusiastic and ambitious person to join their IT Support team, providing customer facing solutions via onsite visits and telephone/remote support. Key responsibilities include * Undertaking installation and maintenance of clients' IT infrastructure, onsite or remotely. * Project/Consultancy work for existing customers. * Resolution of 2nd line support issues and requests via telephone, remote support or onsite visits. Please send through your CV if you have experience with the following: Key Skills * Experience working with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services * Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 (Installation, Configuration, Administration) * Experience with Virtualisation including Hyper-V and VMWare * Experience of MS Exchange Server and Office 365 * Experience of Migrations and Deployments * Experience of troubleshooting PC/Server Hardware and Software issues.
