Digital Content Editor / Hove / 6 Months Contract / 300 to 380 GBP (Per Day) Assist the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator to ensure the client maintains and optimises the digital journeys and assets across the organisation focusing on website development. Principal Accountabilities: - Assist the Digital Manager to optimise the performance of the Consumer journey. - Support in the update of all content across the Consumer journeys for the organisation. Ensure content is maintained, updated and approved to meet regulatory, financial, product technical and brand requirements. - Support on ongoing projects delivering content updates, page builds using CMS tools and HTML. - Contribute to analysis and reporting activity to ensure that site, tool and journey functionality is reviewed and recommend changes to improve performance. - Ensure that all updates are developed in line with the organisation's brand and customer experience guidelines. - Support central digital developments to the benefit of LGIR. - Work across the Mature Savings and Workplace Savings teams to champion the LGRR journey and usage of the tools. Maximise sales of products. Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills: Qualifications: - Web development - Relevant marketing qualification, certificate or diploma preferred Knowledge: - Digital experience in D2C channels, Financial services experience would be preferred but not necessary - Must have a keen interest in online marketing and knowledge of prevailing trends in the digital marketing space - A thorough understanding of the latest digital methods of measuring and optimising marketing investments to drive sustainable profitable growth - Good understanding of media tracking/tagging process and best practice online customer journey Skills: - Experience in using CMS - ideally Rhythmix Percussion and HTML - Experience of working with a brand and to brand guidelines - Strong creative skills with a genuine passion for the customer - Ability to clearly communicate and influence at all levels - Proven ability to organise, govern and manage approval processes If you match these requirements, please apply in the normal way.
