A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Process Engineer, who has extensive Process Engineering experience. As a Process Engineer, you will hold responsibility for defining and managing new project tooling, equipment and processes from quotation through to project launch. DUTIES: - Define and manage new project tooling, equipment and processes - Define cycle times - Generate layout and facility requirements - Identify and provide costs for requirement tooling and equipment for new processes - Conduct trials - Manage the Process FMEA and process simulations - Technical specifications, machinery and tooling - Generate Materials and process flow-chart / layout - Plan the new process - Identification of best way to manufacture new products - Liaise with Design - Lead Process Acceptance Reviews REQUIREMENTS: - HNC qualified or Degree but equivalent relevant experience is readily considered - Process Engineering experience gained from within a high volume manufacturing environment - To be able to demonstrate process selection knowledge - To be able to show knowledge of feasibility and definition of new products - Strong Supplier management skills - High energy level This is an exciting role, offering plenty of career development within an International manufacturing organisation.
