Field service engineer - Electrical and Fire engineering Alecto Recruitment are working with an excellent client who have a great opportunity for the position of Field Service Engineer. Our client are one of the industry leading fire protection equipment and engineering companies within the UK. Company benefits include: Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Call out: 1-4 - £50 on call fee and call out rate at time & a half Field based Company Van Mobile Pension scheme 24 days paid holiday + bank holidays Location - Maidenhead The role on offer is a full time permanent position. You will be part of a team of multi skilled operators primarily based out of Slough. Responsibilities will include performing mechanical and electrical work as well as engine and pump installations and repairs and electric panel installations. Duties include carrying out electrical / mechanical and maintenance work on: - Fire pumps - Generators - Diesel engines - Electrical control panels. Essential skills and experience required: - At least 5 years electrical experience - 17th Edition - Full UK driving licence Experience working on diesel engines and generators will be advantageous. Training will be provided on specialist equipment if required.
