VIP IT Support Analyst - Office 365, AD, LAN/WAN, Encryption Do you have experience in providing 1st - 2nd line support to high net worth individuals? Have you got excellent administration and support skills with Microsoft Office 365? Can you manage SharePoint Online 2013 environments? Are you experienced in supporting remote connectivity, LAN/WAN, Video and Web conferencing? Do you have experience with disk encryption, client management (Dell Kace) and disk imaging? Are you available to start a new 6 month contract in Cambridge in the month of October? Robert Half Technology is recruiting a skilled VIP IT Support Analyst for a pharmaceuticals business based in Cambridge. The VIP Support Analyst will manage a local environment and remote users as well as assist the wider Europe support team. Strong interpersonal and technical skill are required for both local and remote support. The cadndiate will need to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and provide some after hours support for maintenance and project work. Required Office 365 Sharepoint 2013 Windows 7 and 10 Dell Notebooks and Desktops iPhone and iPad support Active Directory LAN / WAN remote connectivity and troubleshooting Video and Web Conferencing Disk encryption, imaging and client management (Dell Kace) Rate: £200 - £250 per day Duration: 6 month rolling contract Location: Cambridge This role would suit and experience VIP support analyst with an excellent track record of customer satisfaction, ability to work autonomously with great communications and technical skills.
