Role: Application Support Manager Location: Leeds (Easy walk from Leeds train station) Salary: £40,000 + Benefits *** Must have some experience of man management *** Key responsibilities (overview) - Analysis of business requirements, developing technical specification requirements for new systems - Line Management of Reports & Information Analyst - Support and Develop the Organisations Reporting Systems (SSRS, SQL) - Provide guidance on data management and quality Other responsibilities (overview) - Supporting users on the proper usage of the systems - Involvement with other key projects where IT presence is required, including preparation for GDPR - Identifies where inaccurate data is regularly being created or where data is missing and suggests solutions to bring about improvement. Essential skills and experience - Experience of application development, writing technical specifications or requirements documents - Experience with resolving IT and SW issues - Hand on SQL querying experience - Supporting of end users including training - Proven track of involvement in a major IT project - Experience with managing staff Desirable skills/Experience - SSRS Report Builder knowledge - Experience of supporting/developing Civica UH and/or W2 - Data Protection Knowledge - Experience of BI development Working hours 37.5 hours per week Key benefits 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays Flexible working Pension Scheme If you are interested in this role please send me your up to date word CV detailing all experience relevant for this application.
