What will you be doing? As a Senior Process Development Engineer your core responsibilities will be the following * Contribute to and partner with PDP functions to define, execute and deliver on NPD requirements * Play a lead role in process innovation with emphasis on improving quality, reducing process variation, reducing cycle time and cost down initiatives * Be responsible for leading development & optimization of new manufacturing concepts and technologies. * Provide solutions to complex technical problems associated with processes and equipment * Support new product introduction by leading Equipment and Process Development, Process Characterization and Process Qualification. * Develop robust and capable processes, ensuring R&D and Operations needs and targets are incorporated into the plans and activities. * Design, develop and progress a process from concept phase into commercialization phase. What skills/experience should this Senior Process Development Engineer have? * You have a Bachelors/Master's level 8 in Engineering / Science or related discipline * You desirably have 4 years medical device technology experience in a comparable role. * You have a good understanding of the product and process development process. * You have an innovative mindset * You are fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
