We are currently looking for an experienced Service Desk Engineer with a technical background to join our client's team based in their Salford head office. The focus of this position will be to provide high quality, customer service oriented 1st through 2nd level support for our clients supporting desktops (Windows & MacOS), Mobile devices iPads/iPhones. Responsibilities include: - Answering all calls and ensuring all jobs are documented and closed correctly to maintain high level of customer satisfaction - Responsible for repair & build of new PCs - Responsible for MAC, PC, printer and phone support - Work with the team to help implement new systems - Work with infrastructure engineers on projects assigned as and when required You will need: - Impeccable client manner & "Count on me work ethics" - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts - Previous work experience in an IT operations environment - Experience in a team environment, working to tight deadlines - Background in education is ideal. - A driving licence for onsite support Apply immediately.
