2162 - Digital Marketing Executive - Essex - Perm - £26K - £30K Out client is a growing organisation within the financial sector and is looking for an experience Digital Marketing Executive to create digital marketing campaigns and implement digital marketing plans to support lead acquisition and brand awareness objectives. This will include PR, SEO, PPC, Social, CRM, Affiliate and Email marketing. Key Duties Work with Manager to drive new leads via online channels and demonstration of evidence of ROI. Manage content on desktop and mobile sites to improve customer experience, customer satisfaction and business value generated. Maintain and update websites with external agencies. Includes optimisation of web pages, landing pages, conversion strategies and technical requirements. Ability to interpret research to support content strategies and multichannel user experience journeys. Measure integrated campaigns to include online such as search, affiliate, email, social media, PPC and SEO. Report on results and set organisational KPIs and implement within dashboards using Google Analytics or other analytics packages. Social media planning and management to include blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. Measure and interpret data to include customer profiling and behaviour across customer journey mapping and web traffic data, PPC analytics. To work with multichannel agencies including Branding, Digital, Display, SEO and PPC. Experience Email marketing experience, with the understanding to nurture relationships with new prospects and existing customers, for retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities and to demonstrate ROI Creative experience demonstrated across marketing campaigns for new content Copywriting and brand experience for all channels including web, email marketing and off-line Experience of using CMS Understanding of Google Analytics or equivalent Online digital marketing experience Experience of online-video Experience of Wordpress Social Media Planning On-line digital marketing experience and some focus on E-Commerce site experience Skills CRM and integration across digital platforms Web layout and browser compatibility issues Project management skills and ability to deliver on time Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills Ability to understand website requirements for both brand and social media integration Analyse data and metrics and translate insight into actions Able to excel in a fast-paced dynamic environment Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication Responsible and responsive attitude Able to meet deadlines, calm and resilient under pressure Excellent attention to detail Highly motivated, confident with a positive attitude Passion for digital and online media Creative thinker Organisational skills and ability to multi-task Qualifications Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or Business qualification CIM, IDM or equivalent qualification
