Our client is a newly formed, but rapidly expanding organisation within the utilities sector who specialise in providing the best service to its business customers. They are seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their fast paced Finance Team. Set in the heart of Stoke on Trent in brand new offices, they offer excellent working conditions and have built an extremely dynamic team of people who specialise in their field. Job Description: Duties for the Senior Payroll Administrator will include: - As a Senior Payroll Administrator you will be working in an open plan office in a team of 7 and will be responsible for end to end payroll activities - Processing payroll and expenses for 425+ employees - As a Senior Payroll Administrator you will be monitoring absence, sickness and holiday - Dealing with payroll queries - Setting up and processing of auto enrolment - Liaising with HMRC - Ad hoc projects as and when required Candidate Requirements: - As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will have extensive knowledge of end to end payroll - Knowledge of pensions/auto enrolment - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast paced environment This role is based in Stoke on Trent and is commutable from areas including Longton, Tunstall, Stoke, Fenton, Hanley, Stone, Stafford, Biddulph, Leek, Congleton and Crewe. This role would suit people who also have the following experience: Senior Payroll Clerk, Senior Payroll Assistant, Payroll Team Leader or Payroll Specialist.
