As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of technology based services to this award winning, fast growing company. Whilst there are processes and policies in place, your challenge will be to establish new policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance. You will be the focal point between the business and service delivery so we are looking for an excellent communicator who can manage business relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as: - Take ownership of service delivery - Develop the broader business continuity plan - Review, develop and define SLA's and service delivery targets - Identify and implement ITIL aligned processes - Support and development of a Service Desk / Helpdesk Team - Problem Management - Incident Management - Service improvement and process improvement - Projects With a focus on quality service delivery, you will be an independent thinker with the ability to create quality service initiatives and drive service quality through the business. Previous experience of implementing or helping to implement ITIL initiatives would be most useful. The successful candidate will have worked as a Service Delivery Manager, ideally within an "internal" role rather than a consultancy. Professional service experience is preferred. ITIL environment experience is required, as is experience of service delivery to exceptional levels. The ability to communicate with senior members of staff is essential, as is the ability to coach and lead your team to deliver IT Support service excellence. Other essential skills needed incident management and problem management as well as the day to day matrix management of a small team of technical staff.
