Regional Head of Operations

With a focus on person centred outcomes, whilst stimulating ambition and personal development, we support c250 people and their families across Southern England.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an extraordinary individual. You will have the strategic vision to drive growth and a passion and commitment to providing exceptional personalised services. This role will also support the setting up of 2 new services for 12 individuals with autism/complex needs, so an understanding and knowledge of the principles of positive behaviour support and autism will be crucial. You will work in partnership with our external partners and internal multi disciplinary teams as well as driving service development to promote independence, choice and control.
Reporting to the Operations Director this business critical role will ensure the delivery of outstanding outcomes and provide strong leadership to its Service Managers and their wider teams. The role will ensure services are delivered in a way that puts the people we support at the centre of their care and support, promoting rights, choice, dignity, diversity and value for money whilst meeting all organisational and statutory requirements.
The remit is broad and alongside building strong internal and external relationships you’ll oversee the delivery of the highest levels of care and support, a focus on continuous improvement and the implementation of best practice, whilst ensuring service delivery to every person we support is the best it can be.
Managing an initial small portfolio of 3 sites across Oxfordshire and Aylesbury this is a unique opportunity to impact strategically whilst still maintaining a close link to service delivery. It’s also an exciting time to join the organisation as SeeAbility embarks on a new strategy to deliver on growth and change.
You’ll need exemplarily leadership skills that develop high performing teams through a coaching and collaborative approach. You’ll be commercially focused with experience of effectively managing change and delivering service improvements, and have a demonstrable understanding of the requirements of the Care Quality Commission. Experience of collaborating with Local Authorities, Commissioners, families and circles of support is also required . There is a requirement to travel throughout the region and to other facilities across the organisation.
