Software Service Specialist - (9 months FTC / maternity leave cover) Software Service Specialist with excellent administrative expertise, client, 3rd party provider and internal stakeholder liaison skills, technical process problem solving and the aptitude to keep abreast of product updates, experience of woking to KPI's including SLA's, ideally coupled with employee benefit, flexible benefit, HCM, HMRS, payroll or HR experience is needed for a fixed term 9 month contract to cover maternity leave at a market-leading technology company with relaxed contemporary offices and super smart personnel based in central London. Working with the Client Manager you will manage day-to-day clients' needs and their use of the technical platform, perform administrative tasks and answer technical queries from clients, employee escalations and 3rd party providers. As a service specialist, you will be required to maintain strong client relationships and consult on ongoing services. Key Skills - Ability to develop a close working relationships with the client through a deep understanding of their requirements in the context of their business structure, expectations and preferred way of working. - Listen to clients in order to identify problems and implement technical or process focused solutions to provide an exceptional service. - Manage key stakeholders both internally and externally. - Liaise with other internal teams to proactively resolve client queries. Manage communication from clients by e-mail, telephone and in person to build a solid working relationship. - Complete scheduled work in line with client's monthly processing deadlines including client administration, which is subject to change dependent on the demands of the business and seasonal peak work schedule. - Review release notes and be aware of bugs or technical issues that could impact client operations. - Track and ensure KPI's are met. - Maintain process documentation. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. - Knowledge with applications Confluence/Jira preferable to investigate and provide resolution to queries. - Experience in working to KPI's including SLA's and working in task management systems - preferably within HR processing and payroll. - Attend client calls and meetings to support on action logs and project related work as required. - Identify administration efficiencies and communicate product updates, implement software changes where required to streamline processing. - Attend project meetings, carry out UAT (testing).
