Support & Development Project Manager
Thank you for showing an interest in working for Emmaus UK. We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team working alongside Emmaus communities across the UK.
With a strong background in project management and implementation coupled with demonstrable change management abilities. You will be working with a diverse group of socially excluded individuals and will be working in collaboration with the Emmaus Federation to develop and deliver a consistent companion development programme for communities to strengthen their current support functions and develop new ones. The two-year project commenced in October 2016 and we are looking for someone to run the project through the second year.
You will be able to develop good working relationships with a range of stakeholders and provide a flexible approach to engaging staff and trustees and communities to suit their own unique approach and identity. Working alongside a team of capacity builders and members of the federation to ensure the companion development project is delivered and initiatives are shared across the federation and the wider sector.
