The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Officer to join the team at Memorial House, Coalville. In this diverse and exciting role you will be responsible for securing sales via the marketing, progression, monitoring and reporting day to day management of all sale processes, to ensure cost and effective delivery of all Home Ownership programmes within specified budgets and timetables. You will work under the direction of the Sales and Marketing Manager, to assist in the co-ordination of designated PR activities for the Development Department and to ensure the positive promotion of the group.


The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will possess good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to achieve sales and monitor all sale procedures within the Sales and Marketing team, working to prescribed performance targets. The role will involve attending external site meetings and viewings so car ownership is essential.

Qualifications

GCSE Grade C or NVQ 3 education to include Maths and English or equivalent experience.

Experience of Home Ownership initiatives and previous sales experience is essential.
