The ideal candidate will have experience working in the field or have worked within an electrical utility or rail industry. There are two aspects of the role. The role will predominantly be travelling to customers sites to train and educate clients on LV products/technologies. Full product training will be provided but applicants MUST be confident in relaying information to others and be confident carrying out demonstrations. A small percentage of the role entails hands on commissioning and installing of LV equipment. This is a stable and secure role in a company that has continued to steadily increase its turnover. The Role:* Providing demonstrations and equipment training to customers within the UK.* Install and commission automated power systems operating at 400V and 650V* Provide technical support to customers* Travel within the UK, overtime and work hours other than Monday-Friday may be required. To apply for the role you MUST:* Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related HNC/HND* Minimum of 2 years previous experience in providing engineering field services or prior experience within an electrical utility or rail industry, electrical and mechanical systems including low voltage switchgear.* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment* Must have strong customer service skills and have the ability to interact confidently with customers and be able to provide training on equipment and products.* Ex-Forces candidates are encouraged to apply.
