The Role Senior Project Managers and Project Mangers with experience in managing government funded building and construction projects such for major hospital projects. This role reports directly to the Executive Director Planning / Executive Director Delivery and will be required to develop and work collaboratively with key stakeholders. Skills and experience - Extensive experience in projects of significant size and complexity in a senior project management role; - Strong experience in all phases of project management - Demonstrated capability to manage complex stakeholder issues - Sound self-management skills, the capacity to set priorities, successfully manage competing projects and work assignments and meet deadlines; - High level analytical and conceptual skills, including the ability to formulate project plans, and strategy within a complex service delivery environment; - Demonstrated facilitation, oral and written communication, interpersonal and people management skills - Demonstrated experience with projects designed to improve service delivery, reduce costs and increase financial viability; - Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or a technically related field.
