The business operates through building sustainable contracts with organisations, centred in the Midlands and expanding nationally across a wide range of sectors. The management team is highly experienced and the business is operating profitably.

The Opportunity

The Head of Finance is a commercial, management and technical position responsible for the

overall finance function. Reporting to the Managing Director and playing a strategic role across

the business, your role will encompass:

·Ownership of the finance function.

·Leadership team member, helping deliver growth, strategic goals and informed decision making.

·Building strong relationships with customers, strategic partners, banks, HMRC and other stakeholders.

·Aid production and review of business proposals, contracts and legal documentation.

·Producing monthly management accounts, reports and management information.

·Supporting the members of the management team in monitoring and managing their budgets

·Automating processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of management information

·Producing of annual budgets.

·Cash management, cash forecasting and modelling, ensuring the required funding is in place to meet the future needs of the business.

·Overseeing the finance functions responsibilities for invoicing, credit control, purchase ledger and payroll.

·Dealing with all tax and pension requirements including PAYE, VAT, CT600, P11Ds and ensuring changes to tax and pension legislation are communicated and dealt with across the business.

·Production of Year End Statutory Accounts and Tax Computations.

·Company Secretarial duties.
