Currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join a growing, international Telecommunications company based in Central London.

Applicants must be able to understand the business priorities and technology landscape, in order to impact on the success of the business. Communicating confidently to influence and shape plans and build trust whilst always driving quality and value for the company.

This role encompasses Pre-Sales, Delivery Life-Cycle and Project Management. Applicants must have the ability to work across cross-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver service and change. Excellent relationship management skills, understanding requirements of business and customer to ensure they are translated into technical delivery.

It is essential that applicants have a strong background in IT/Telecommunications, Product Development and a good understanding of billing process and systems knowledge. Project Management skills/qualifications are also desired.
