Fundraising Administrator (Maternity Cover)
We are looking for a highly organised Fundraising Administrator with good interpersonal skills to provide efficient and proactive administrative support to the Fundraising team at National Star, based at Ullenwood. This is a maternity cover role.
You will be the first point of contact for fundraising enquires by telephone or in person. You will be responsible for providing daily/routine administrative assistance to the Fundraising team including producing prompt supporter acknowledgement letters and receipts, general correspondence, maintenance of manual and electronic filing systems, accurate data inputting and updating of database records, coding gifts and supporting the team with the collection tins and other fundraising resources.
