Reed are currently on the lookout for a Compliance Manager who will be responsible for operational delivery of water hygiene compliance, management and related repair-remediation work for one of the leading housing associations in the UK. What is expected of a Compliance Manager? - Manage and direct contractual relationships with service providers in line with agreed contracts - Providing monthly progress reports on performance, to include but not limited to, Key Performance indicators, programme, quality assurance and resident feedback where appropriate. - Conduct post inspections of contractor's works and keep records of all inspections carried out. - Work with the Data Manager to ensure data is relevant and up to date and that systems are updated effectively and efficiently. Ensure that all statutory, regulatory and policy requirements are complied with at all times. - Monitor and oversee contracts, manage contractors in line with contractual obligations, cost saving/customer service improvements, measure contractor performance via agreed KPIs in line with the contract and taking remedial action where necessary. - Responsible for driving through service improvements to deliver an exemplar service that reflects and leads best practice in the sector. - Provide technical expertise and advice in respect of water and private dwellings. About You: - Demonstrate 5+ years' experience in the delivery of water hygiene compliance management, reactive repair and remediation services in a large scale multi-site public sector arena. - Contribute as a key member of the Property Services Team and to work collaboratively with other managers within Property Services, and across the Group. - Demonstrate a strong technical understanding and practical application of Water Hygiene compliance related regulations, approved codes of practice, guidance and industry best practice. - Demonstrate ability to deliver high quality, technically compliant, value for money services within defined budgets. - You will have the ability to step outside the mandatory requirements of the role; highlight inefficiencies and suggests improvements which will drive the business forward and raise the standard to be the best in sector. - You will have exceptional report writing skills, be proficient in word, excel and outlook and be able to analyse data and report accordingly. - You will be a strong team player and play a key role in the work of the Property Services, able to use experience to deputise on other functions. - Have developed depth and breadth of expertise in own discipline to address complex problems and non-standard situations.
