Marketing Manager Diabetes Care Based in Winnersh Based in the BD Office the role of the Marketing Manager is to develop and deliver Marketing and Business Plans for BD Diabetes Care as the business continues to focus on a range of insulin injection and infusion solutions to meet customer needs. Main Role and Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver Marketing plans to drive BD Diabetes for UK & Ireland into a competitive position and grow sales revenues and Share of Category (SoC) growth - Implement global and EU marketing strategy in the UKI Marketing plan - Own the pricing strategy to drive SoC - Understand key customer and market trends and work with European marketing team to ensure that UKI customer needs are met - Implement Customer Centricity messaging. Coordinate the integration of marketing messages in BD Way of Selling across portfolio to increase understanding and effectiveness with local sales teams - Keep up to date with or shape the top line market trends and dynamics in conjunction with European marketing focus & optimise planning and implementation of marketing strategies e.g. market shaping initiatives, Value Based Healthcare Initiatives, pricing & HEOR; - From ongoing dialogue with country based teams & KOL customer interactions, gain market knowledge on key trends, market factors & competitive activities that impact the BU. Ensure appropriate dissemination across the business and upstream to Europe - Develop and execute all elements of Product Lifecycle management - Support Country Sales and Marketing's key reporting processes such as (Budget/ Forecasting, Fact Based Forecasting, Key Success Factors, sales and manufacturing revenue projections). - Support the development of strategies that contribute to the achievement of volume/mix, revenue and margin objectives/budget in alignment with the Country DC business objectives. - Participate as a key member of the European Marketing Team, UKI Diabetes Leadership Team, and UKI BDX Marketing Forum - Support and coach the Field Sales team with implementation of marketing messages and sales tools - Develop key marketing tools and materials for Sales team - Manage and control the marketing budget - 1 direct report - Marketing AdministratorProduct Management at Country/Regional level in Diabetes or Medical DeviceMarketing qualification desirabe Person Specification and Job Specific Skills - Project management track records - Sales experience >3 yrs.
