Anatwine is a fast-paced software company working with the world's largest online retailers and global fashion brands. Its mission is to connect all the stock of the world's leading brands to the world's leading retailers. Anatwine enables brands and online retailers to integrate their business processes, systems and stock files to eliminate inefficiencies and maximise sales. The first integrated service was completed between Superdry and Zalando in 2013 and Anatwine has since grown to over 140 staff across 5 global locations (Cheltenham HQ, London, New York, Atlanta and North Carolina) servicing markets across Europe, US, and Asia. We are continuing to expand and therefore require a data and research led User-Experience Designer to join our Product team responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, then translating these into wireframes, prototypes and detailed designs. You will help design the overall functionality of products and iterate upon them to ensure a great user experience. Duties and Responsibilities: - Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions. - Making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to new functions and features. - Taking a user-centred design approach, rapidly testing and iterating your designs. - Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders. - Taking smart risks and champion new ideas. - Being the champion of great user experience and art direction within Anatwine. - Performing user testing with the Anatwine platform - Creating and implementing surveys for direct customer feedback - Creating storyboards to reflect a typical customer - Analysing usage data and traffic pattern - Conducting multivariate tests to measure customer response - Reviewing competitors' products for additional insights - Making style guides to define UI elements - Sketching ideas and designs - Creating wireframes to guide developers and visual designers - Prototyping products for user testing - International travel may be required from time to time Experience / Qualifications: - Three or more years of UX design experience, preferably in an early stage, B2B or ecommerce business. - Expertise in UX software such as Sketch, InVision, Axure, Balsamiq etc is a must. - Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision. - Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions. - A solid grasp of user-centred design and testing methodologies, usability and accessibility concerns. - Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. - Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. - A clear understanding of the importance of user-centred design. - Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval. - Actively seek out feedback and constructive criticism. - Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. - Research and showcase knowledge in the Retail industry's latest trends and technologies. - Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in a Design, HCI or similar subject
