The opportunity for you:

Working alongside members of the team your duties will include:

  • Accurate and timely posting of supplier invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier’s statements
  • Setting up new suppliers onto our system
  • Dealing with queries from external and internal clients.
  • Preparation and completion of cheque/BACS payments to our suppliers
  • Preparing weekly reports for unpaid invoices
  • Filing

What skills will you need to be considered?

  • Previous experience as a Finance Administrator or Purchase Ledger Clerk
  • Computer literate, Word, Excel and Office
  • Must be able to work unsupervised
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Time management skills and flexibility essential
