We are looking for an experienced Digital Analyst to join a great project. As the Digital Analyst, you will be part of the Ecommerce team, owning ecommerce reporting, customer and user insights, and data-driven projects. You will have a good understanding of web analytics such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce or any similar platform that handles customer data. Client Details Our client is a global retail organisation that has grown from strength to strength. Having recently been acquired by a larger organisation, they are now looking to grow their engagement channels and drive online revenue. Description As the Digital Analyst, your main responsibilities will include: - Using Google/ Adobe Analytics, analyse and report on online performance and present to relevant internal teams - Provide ecommerce and CRM insights using multiple data sources, such as Salesforce, analytics and internal systems - Run regular reports on the customer database, with insights specific to the brand, industry and customer/user behaviour - Provide support on trading, channel performance and operations reporting - Weekly deep dive into analytics and customer data to produce insight, highlighting recommendations and areas to address or optimise, for example conversion, user journey and user experience, and see recommendations through by liaising with relevant stakeholders - Pull data and insights using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics - Make improvements and updates to analytics and tag management Profile As this role is with an immediate start, all applicants MUST be able to start immediately. Additionally, they must possess the following key skills and experiences: - Excellent Excel skills - Excellent communication skills - Highly analytical and mathematical thinking - Solid experience of using web analytics tool e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (Omniture) - Experience of using Salesforce or some sort of customer-centric platform - Experience with databases and understanding of CRM metrics - Understanding of the challenges facing ecommerce, retail, digital marketing and online trading - Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and prioritise effectively - Strong analytical mind to produce interesting and thought provoking reports Job Offer We are initially looking for someone on a temporary contract.
